Maja Tropicana Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup Queen Cornstarch
11/2 cup water
1 whole buko meat shredded
11/2 cup buko water
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 can (439g) fruit cocktail drained



Procedure:

In a heavy bottomed pot, disperse Queen Cornstarch in a water, buko water and milk. Cook over medium low heat for 30 minutes or until thick. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar until sugar dissolves then fold in buko meat and fruit cocktail. Pour into 7 x 7 square pan. Allow Maja Tropicana to cool and set completely. Slice as desired.
