Apple Chutney

Ingredients
12 pieces medium-size apples
7 pieces medium-size tomatoes
4 pieces native onions
3 pieces bell pepper
1 cup seedless raisins
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
2 cups refined sugar
1 cup vinegar
2 tablespoon salt
Materials

cooking utensils
sterilized bottles


Procedure:

  1. Cut into pieces(as desired) the apples, tomatoes, onions and peppers.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. In a sauce pan, cook them until mixture gets thick
  4. Pack in sterilized bottles, leaving 1/2-head space . Seal and processed bottles.

Children and adults alike require a regular protein intake proportionate
