Som Tam (Green Papaya Salad) Thailand recipe

Ingredients:
                   2 cups finely shredded green papaya
                   1/2 cup french-cut sitao (snake beans)
                   1/4 cup shredded vg sausage
                   1/4 cup crushed roasted peanuts
                    Dressing                

How to make the Dressing
                    2 tablespoons chopped garlic
                    2 pieces fresh red chili
                    1 tablespoon brown sugar
                    2 tablespoons calamansi juice
                    3 tablespoons canned beans cake (fermented bean curd)
                    1 tablespoon chopped fresh wansoy or 1 teaspoon chopped green onions             

Procedure:
                    1. Pound the sitao (beans) so they don't lose their shape
                    2. Add papaya shreds. Pound mixture lightly
                    3. Put shredded cabbage.
                    4. Pour in the dressing and mix thoroughly in a bowl .
                    5. Add the sausage, peanuts and calamansi juice
                    6. Toss lightly
                    7. Serve with your Gai Yang
