Eggnog

Ingredients:
• 6 eggs
• 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
• 1 quart low-fat milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/3 pint heavy whipping cream
• 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Directions:

1. Beat eggs. Mix in condensed milk, low-fat milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
2. Beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold in to egg-and-milk mixture.
3. Pour mixture into individual glasses.
4. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Serve chilled.
